The disabled, belonging to the social disadvantaged group, are the main target population that the social security and public services protect. In recent years, the disabled cause has developed rapidly and achieved remarkable results in Henan Province. The social security and service system have been gradually perfected, which yet cannot meet their realistic needs. Therefore, based on the concepts and methods of social work and with the help of the multi-bodies including the government、the market、the society and the people who interact each other, we should establish and improve the social security and service systems, and keep improving and innovating service modes of rehabilitation, education, employment, training and safeguarding rights and so on for the disabled, which are the development trends of the disabled cause. <<
