We analyzed the basic situation of children in rural area of Henan province and the main problem based on rural children research data on 2010, 2012 in Luoning and Shangcai cities, Henan Province. Then put forward to increase rural children in Henan Province health, build rural vulnerable children living assistance system and rural left-behind children comprehensive social support systems and policy suggestions. <<
