Opinions on Further Strengthening the Work on Elderly Culture is one of the significant moves that China takes to cope with its population aging, to sate the cultural and spiritual needs of the elderly, and to deepen its social administration on aging. The document highlights the guiding notions, working targets and basic principles in the cultural aspect of its aging administration. It introduces five tasks and three guaranteeing measures for the realization of the tasks.
