The growth of China’s foreign trade was influenced by inflation of both domestic and abroad in 2008，the false appearance of dynamic nominal growth rate concealed real difficulties of mass medium-small firms. It’ll be sure the trend of China’s foreign trade will be negatively impacted by world economy and market demand decrease，however，how much degree it could master the growth of China’s foreign trade，not totally depend on the external factors，in terms of certain degree，even not major depend on external situation. Although it mainly depend on China’s policies itself，but the central government policy fall into a dilemma due to the current inflation.
