In the year of 2010，China’s campaign on combating corruption and upholding moral integrity highlights the importance of institutional improvement and focuses on solving social hot issues，all of which aim to protect and ameliorate people’s livelihood and gain the trust of the general public. In recent years，government has implemented various new policies to strengthen its administration on national land resource. At the same time，government made efforts to punish and prevent corruption which was related to real estate development. Now，it is time to introduce the Real Estate Administration and Housing Insurance Law to guarantee that the real estate industry operates within the legal framework.
