2010年中国职工状况的主要特点是在强劲的经济复苏引导下,职工的就业压力大为缓解,工资水平稳步提高,社会保障扩面发展,劳动争议大幅回落以及职业安全明显改善。但在这种背景下,发生了前所未有的夏季罢工潮。本文重点分析了富士康连环跳楼事件和南海本田罢工事件对中国劳动关系的影响,并对工会存在的问题和体制改革进行了评述。
<<The main feature of China’s Working Class in 2010 is that,under the background of strong economic recovery,the employment situation is ameliorated dramatically. On the one hand,workers’ wage gradually increases,accompanied with a comprehensive development of the social safety net system;on the other hand,the amount of labor disputes falls in large scale,with a significant improvement of occupational safety. However,during the summer,there was an unprecedented wave of strikes. The paper analyzes two labor dispute events—Foxconn employees’ series of suicide tragedies and the Nanhai Honda strike—which may have far-reaching influence on Chinese labor relationship. To conclude,the paper makes comments on existing problems of the current labor union system,and proposes new ways to reform.
