For the community development and community members to show the full terms of subjectivity，community participation is not only a process，but also a target.From another perspective，the degree of community involvement that has become autonomous community level and the level of community development is an important indicator.Community involvement will lead to community participation an essential prerequisite for action elements，and understanding the community involvement will be on Community Action to predict.Residents of Beijing based on a survey data，this paper discusses the current community sports activities for the community，community management activities，community volunteer activities and community welfare activities of these four important areas of community involvement and participation of the will of the state and its actions specific relationship between the state.Finally，for the next period of community awareness and participation in the changes and understand the actions of the views put forward.
