The second hand property market of Beijing was moving ahead with the constant adjustment and improvement of policies in 2010.Compared with that in 2009，the overall second hand housing transaction in 2010 has decreased by about 30%.By the end of the year，the transaction price of second hand housing has fallen back to the level of the end of 2009.Thus，the overall objective of market regulation is achieved.The property market in 2011 will continue to crack down on investment and speculative demands under the policy guidance of stability and health.In the mean time，the supply of social security housing will be further expanded and the movement of market volume and price will be stabilized.
