In 2010，with the guarantee of medical treatment for the 16^th Asian Games and the five programmes of the reform of medical treatment as the core work，progress was made in all kinds of work. The goals and tasks of the 11^th Five Year Plan were accomplished. 2011 is the beginning year of the 12^th Five Year Plan；it is also the last year to finish the key work of the recent reform of medical treatment. Overall reform of the medical and health system will be furthered to promote the development of the cause of hygiene of our city.
