<<With the changing of the society，there have been new problems and new characters in the ideological state of the employees in non public-owned enterprises in Guangzhou. On basis of the analysis of the characters and causes of the ideological state of the employees in Guangzhou，the report puts forward suggestions for further ideological education for employees in non public-owned enterprises in Guangzhou.
