In the process of Guangzhou’s rapid urbanization，the urban residents not only enjoyed modern achievements，but also faced a variety of psychological problems. These urban psychological problems，not only for urban residents caused great negative impact on their own，but also has become a potential risk in the supply of quality human resources for Guangzhou’s sustainable development. Therefore，understanding the current Guangzhou’s urban residents’main psychological problems，and designing the path of government into psychological management，becomes necessary.
