In 2011, Guangzhou concentrated on the core tasks of speeding up the building of national central city, and"transformation, updating and building Happiness Guangzhou", deepened the city administrative system reform. Therefore, the environment of Guangzhou was improved greatly and entered into the list of National Civilized City; the social system reform obtained breakthrough, universal favorable society was increasingly perfected, social security level was constantly improved. Economy was steadily increased; commodity price has been stable; livelihood is improved constantly, all of which shows that Guangzhou has gained a good beginning of 12th five-year plan. While looking forward to the great economic development of Guangzhou in 2012, we should implement the livelihood well-being project, reform and innovate the administrative system of street community, town and village, vigorously promote equalization of basic public service, gradually realize the complete popularization of basic public service from urban population to suburb population, from registered population to resident population, run well key projects, form the situation of harmonious coexistence of different urban-suburb interest groups, improve the social justice, fair and harmonious, endeavor to realize common prosperity, increase the well-being of all citizens. <<
