New generation peasant workers refers to the peasant workers born after 1980s, they composed a significant part of migrants. The paper is based on the 3002 questionnaires of new generation peasant workers, tries to find the differences compared with the peasant workers from last generation in the aspects like structure, psychology and life style, and then analyzes the dilemma they are confronting. In line with the analysis based on the challenges to city administration which is incurred by the problem of new generation workers, suggestions are proposed. <<
