In order to deepen the understanding of the current living situation of young workers from other cities in Zengcheng, the paper adopts questionnaire and individual interview approach, studies the needs and current living situation of young workers who are from other cities in Xintang, Zengcheng. The research discovers that they have needs in career training, law assistance, child education, culture and entertainments. What's more, their living conditions should be improved too. Aiming at this, the paper proposed suggestions so as to promote the development of young workers from other cities and protect their legal rights. <<
