The industry of the internet of things has made a great development in China during 2010-2011. But so far, the industry faces many problems on the investment and financing aspects such as the difficulty in debt financing, capital shortage, uneven capital distribution, inconsistent view about the market risk. One of important reasons for the lack of funds supporting the industry of the internet of things is that the development of factor market has lagged behind commodity market, especially the capital market, which is at very low level. To solve these problems, we need attract and gather social capital to participate in the Internet of things based on the market mechanism, and establish an effective financial system arrangement between the industry and social capital. <<
