In 2012,with Shanghai going into the critical period of "innovation driving and the transformation development",facing in the tightening complex external environment,and under the big pressure from the domestic economy downward,the economic development of Shanghai is showing a stability and transformation tendency,and making progress in tackling a tough situation.Looking ahead to 2013,despite a lot of stress and uncertainty,but there are still quite a number of factors to speed up the pace of transformation for Shanghai.Finally,on the basis of existing research,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestionsfor Shanghai,mainly from the perspective of county. <<
