For a better understanding of Chinese attractive returning entrepreneurship policy environment,this report uses the policy text analysis method,Gnyawali & Fogel entrepreneurial environment framework and GEM entrepreneurial environment model to analyze the returning entrepreneurs' policy environment.We also use the various staff requirement policy and preferential measures to analyze the content of the returning entrepreneurship policy.Refer to the Entrepreneurship environment factors to find out the current policy measures status,structure,distribution,the gradient and the concentration or discrete degree in different regions and different administrative levels,and a code analysis has been done on the basis of the returned students entrepreneurial requirements and preferential measures.In the end,the paper provides some suggestions for attracting the returning entrepreneurs. <<
