This paper reviews the enterprise incubator,returnee talent project,returnees' enterprises and supportive policies of Zhongguancun Pioneer Park.Through analyzing the traits of overseas talent recruitment,financing service and manage innovation,it introduces the current situation of returnee enterprises and the major problems they faced.Combining with the latest development,we give our suggestions on the future planning and development of Pioneer Park. <<
