Songshan Lake High-tech Development Zone is the only national returnee start-up park and S&T incubator in Dongguan. In recent years, an innovative system that involves talent-attracting, talent-cultivating and talent-serving has been established. By mainly focusing on the establishment of talent development platform and talents attraction network which characteristic by its combining talent policies with other relevant policies, this paper introduces successful experiences of Songshan Lake High-tech Development Zone, and provides practical experience for others high-tech parks. <<
