Although China’s pharmaceutical industry is growing rapidly，the potential safety hazard exists. This paper shows the status and potential safety hazard of China’s pharmaceutical industry in terms of innovation，labor，environment，foreign capital，competition and policy etc. The disadvantage of China’s pharmaceutical industry safety will be also displayed through combining with the real-life case. A great deal of laws and regulations related to the pharmaceutical industry safety have been made，but the development of China’s pharmaceutical industry will be restricted by factors，such as the weakness of innovation ability，the deficiency of capital，the shortage of high and new technology and senior management personel and the pressure from environmental pollution.
