Based on the theory of industrial security，we evaluate the control force of foreign capital，the Foreign-trade dependence，the international competitiveness，the domestic environment of the medical device industry，and evaluate the security of the medical device industry in china. The Quantitative analysis can clearly reflect the industry’s problems and threatened status. And we provide reference for maintaining and promoting the development of the medical device industrial security.
