Currently，the China’s medical device industry is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges，this article analyzes many favors，such as social policy，health care reform and aging population. From the national macro-level，innovative development，industrial structure upgrading and other aspects，we put forward corresponding recommendations and countermeasures to promote the healthy development of the medical device industry.
