Via analyzing the price fluctuation of Real Estate Sales Price Index and Real Estate rent and leasing price index in Guangzhou Municipality as well as their impact on the living of low-paid residents, this paper attempts to identify the factors influencing the real estate price fluctuation and offers corresponding policy recommendations for preventing the real estate price hike and guaranteeing the residents' livelihood. <<
