Following the"12th Five-Year Plan"proposed the establishment of a sound basic public service system,Beijing has put forward that the public service and innovative social management is placed in a more prominent position,more integrated and co-ordination of economic and social development,to further clarify the basic scope of public services and standards. The Beijing outskirts county social-building evaluation system is as a basis for the establishment. The article seeks to analyze the status quo through the past two years on the outskirts of Beijing county social-building of historical data comparison and summary of achievements and problems in order to make policy recommendations. <<
