In Guangzhou the underage group has a low ratio of daily deviant behavior,which has no apparent change compared with that of 2 years earlier.The underage in Guangzhou keep to the daily behavior regulations.The crime rate of the underage is maintained stably with a trend of lowering age.Deviant behavior is carried out mostly by the underage male,but the problem of female deviant behavior tends to emerge.Besides,deviant behavior of the underage is characterized by violence.It is suggested that a system of prevention and correction should be built to promote the healthy growth of the underage. <<
