The thesis reviews the development history of human resource service industry in China, analyzes the current development and deficiencies of human resource service industry, and proposes five ideas on promoting human resource service industry, namely, making and improving policy system that promotes human resource service industry, enhancing legislation and standardization of human resource service industry, establishing and improving diversified investment mechanism and operating models of human resource service industry, shifting government roles to establish long-term mechanism for development of human resource service industry and enhancing collaboration with overseas, HK, Macau and Taiwan human resource service companies.
