To achieve the goals set forth in the Report at the 18th CPC Congress such as "facilitating and realizing higher-quality employment", "working hard to ensure the growth of labor remunerations are synchronized with increase in labor productivity", and "trying every means to increase the residents' incomes", it is imperative to consider, in a comprehensive way, increasing the salaries and employment quality. The thesis analyzes and studies the salary growth and employment quality of workers and employees and proposes policies on increasing salaries and improving employment quality from the perspectives of relations between salary increase and employment quality, salary level and growth of Chinese workers and employees, positive impact of salary growth on employment quality improvement and negative impact of imbalanced salary growth on employment quality improvement. <<
