The labor dispatching is an employment form that is introduced after China's reform and opening-up. It starts late but develops rapidly in China. Labor dispatching plays an important role in meeting enterprises' flexible labor use demands, settling the problems of conflicts and unemployment, and promoting employment, etc. Meanwhile, some problems related with labor dispatching are looming large, and drawing extensive social attention. Especially the newly revised Labor Contract Law has set out relatively strict regulation on labor dispatching. This paper combines the theories and practice to conduct in-depth analysis on the concept and connotation, development history, development status quo and characteristics, existing problems, and future development trend, etc. of labor dispatching, with a view to contributing to the orderly development of labor dispatching in the future. <<
