Belarus and Sri Lanka in 2010, and Turkey in 2012 obtained the status of SCO Partner States for Dialogue respectively. These three countries have actively participated in the Beijing Summit and other activities of SCO in 2012, continued to strengthen cultural exchange, economic and trade cooperation, and military and security dialogue with SCO member states, and signed a series of agreements for pragmatic cooperation. <<
