Since the CDU/CSU and FDP formed a coalition government in 2009,they have implemented a series of social policy reform measures,including the labor market policy,family policy and social insurance policy.The analysis of this paper,based on the party difference theory and veto player theory,focuses on the reasons for the implementation of these reform measures and the different positions of all parties,which also reflects the potential new adjustments in German social policy after the Bundestag election on September 22,2013.
