In 2012,multiple crises in the political,economic,environmental areas not only promote the increase of global migrants but also lead to the changes of public opinions and national migration polices.These changes,however,intensify the concerns of international community about international migration.New characteristics of international migration appear:there are more and more population movements among developing countries;and it's harder to classify migrants in complicate situation.International labour migrants are relevant to the society security and international relations as its connections with many nontraditional security issues,such as ethnic issue,group events,trade friction,as a result of deepening globalization.Random events may initiate huge threats on society security and national relations which are related to migration.Facing the challenge of international migration issue,governance launched in three dimensions is urgent. <<
