Cultural diplomacy，ranking just after economic and political diplomacy，had become the third pillar of the RK’s foreign policies，and a new form of all-rounded cultural exchange had taken place. Since Lee Myung-bak’s government started its administration，the RK had conducted multi-dimensional cultural diplomatic activities in various aspects，which had facilitated cultural exchange between the two countries in various fields，fostering closer bilateral cooperation and better friendship.
