The Inter-Korean relation remains stable basically in the Northeast Asian government general elections in the year of 2012.However,by the influences of uncertainty factors with elections and some emergencies,there is no sign of easing for the relation with a dead state.Even so,it is expected to be improved in 2013 by Park Geun-hye's agreement on improving the Inter-Korean relation and the practical situation of resoling livelihood issues by North Korea.Of course the improvement won't be successful easily,because there will be some tense atmosphere during the breaking-in of new policies.Furthermore,by the influence of nuclear issue and neighboring powers contradiction,the relation can't rule out the highly antagonistic statement. <<
