Though foreign policy was not a core subject in the general election of 2012,American domestic criticisms over some diplomatic issues occurring in President Obama's first term never ceased from the very beginning of that new political cycle. Waving the Change banner,Mr. Obama came into power with absolute different manners from G.W. Bush. Obama Administration had some fresh ideas and even brought meteoric highlights to the relations with China and Russia,yet US' relations with certain big powers are by no means stable in his first term,not to mention a clear-cut thinking over regional hot spots. It is expected that the US foreign strategy might undergo some new "rebalancing" in order to serve the global strategy. This article will analyze and anticipate potential changes in new Obama Administration's foreign policy,particularly with reference to China.
