The collective or sharing of regional security in today's Asia Pacific is facing the risk of collapsing, for the complicated factors have been deposited for a long time. Not only the Asian countries can't trust each other completely and harmoniously, but also America which is sparing no effort to find a breakthrough point in the whole world will make Asia into its strategic "New Frontier" and wait to exploit. Current situation is that America with the new posture is utilizing the fact of Asian Security dilemma to embed Asia once again. It expands the scope and strength for America's Asian allies and brings a vision of establishing a security system in order to turn back the power from the decline of the "unipolar dream". The alliance relations and newly relations built between the United States and Asian countries are still facing a deep test. Whether the social resources, social structure and political situation in the region of Asia can make a proper response to the high-profile strategic redeployment of the U.S. is still a question. <<
