Since the beginning of the 21th century, China's auto industry has been in the rapid development with an alarming rate. The Japanese auto companies in China also had a corresponding development, and they gained great profits in China. A car is composed of the thousands of parts. Due to the characte of the automobile industry, it is extremely important to build a auto parts system which would support its development. The Japanese auto industry has formed a complete supply system in Japan, but in China's special market environment, it is not an easy task for the Japanese auto companies in China to form a smooth supply system.This paper investigates the three major Japanese auto companies which are gathering in Guangzhou, in order to comb the characteristics of the supply system, the issues and the future strategies. <<
