In 2012, the Japanese electronics makers are facing severe business difficulties, one of the most typical examples is that the thin plate television production has been shut down at Japanese domestic plates. Japanese companies' share in the major international electronic products market dropped sharply. Because of the competition with the United States on information transmission equipment, and the attacks from China and South Korea on IC, PC and other fields, Japanese corporations have been continuously squeezed. The crisis that Japanese enterprises are facing is different from the past, especially after 2011, the East Japan earthquake, the appreciation of the yen, floods in Thailand, and the European debt crisis ,have brought Japanese electronics companies an unprecedented blow. In order to cope with the crisis, Japanese corporations need to change management strategy like integrating resources and promote the globalization.
