Since the end of the meeting of the Six-Party Talks in Dec. 2008，some medias of the U.S. and Japan，ROK hanve concluded that the meeting had been defeated because the DPRK has rejected to subscribe a protocol to validate its nuclear performance，and following to possibility of Obama administration to shift its approach to the issue，the Six-Party Talks promoted by Bush administration to resolve the issue is being closed to burst-up. But analyzing entire process of the Six-Party Talks since Aug. 2003，the predication is premature yet.
