    2011年中国教育舆情事件报告

    摘要

    2011年教育舆情事件延续了2010年地域分布广泛、涉及教育领域众多、负面舆情事件占主导等特点,但也出现了一些新特征,如校车事故频发、教育方式及体制问题得到广泛关注等。具体特点表现如下:校园安全事件成为年度教育舆情重灾区,校园日常管理类、教育方式及体制类舆情事件大幅上升;舆情事件持续增多,公众关注度不断提升,并于第四季度达到峰值;北京成为教育舆情最高发地区,广东、陕西、湖北热点多发;高等教育热点事件频发,成为最受关注教育领域;舆情多由负面事件引发;教育部门积极推广改革政策值得肯定;新媒体首曝比例略高于传统媒体,微博异军突起。 <<

    Abstract

    The education public opinion events in 2011 continued some characteristics of wide geographic distribution,involving education,numerous events of negative public opinion being dominant in 2000.But there were a few new features,such as frequent school bus accidents,education mode and system issue paid by wide attention.Specific characteristics as follows:the campus safety events become important area of annual education public opinion,and daily management,education mode and system public opinion events increased substantially;public opinion events continued to increase,the public attention constantly improved,and in the fourth quarter reached the peak.Beijing became the most important education public opinion area,and Guangdong,Shaanxi,Hubei had many hot issues.Higher education issues occurred frequently and become the most popular educational area;negative events easily caused public opinion.Department of education actively promoting the reform policy was worth affirming;new media's first exposure ratio was slightly higher than that of traditional media,and microblog exposure suddenly was enhanced. <<
