    2011年中国企业及企业家舆情年度报告

    摘要

    2011年影响较大的企业舆情事件中,民企舆情依旧多发,国企舆情略有减少,上市公司尤其受到关注:下半年企业舆情高发,个别月份较为突出;近三成企业舆情波及全国,广东舆情明显上升;舆情集中于二、三产业,其中制造业与信息产业仍为舆情高发地带,食品制造业及餐饮行业备受关注;舆情持续时间大为减少,舆情周期明显缩短;行业周期性舆情多发,事件链舆情引发部分行业和企业舆情集中爆发;企业舆情原因多为产品质量问题或是企业涉嫌违法违规操作。影响较大的企业家舆情事件中,民营企业家成为网络舆论关注的焦点;网络关注度较高的企业家主要集中于信息技术产业、房地产业;企业家参政、议政,投身慈善公益,引发舆论关注;企业家舆情以涉及企业投资或战略调整的事件居多,其次为企业或个人诚信危机;过半舆论关注度较高的企业家网络形象偏负面。 <<

    Abstract

    There were still numerous public opinion events of private corporations while public opinion of state-owned corporations reduced slightly,and listed companies were paid much attention in 2011.Public opinion came easily and became specially apparent in some months.Nearly thirty percent of public opinion of companies spread throughout the country and Guangdong's public opinion increased significantly.Public opinion focused on the second and third industries,and the manufacturing industry and information industry still had the problems frequently,besides,food industry and catering industry especially were in the focus.When the time of public opinion reduced,the period was markedly shortened.When periodic public opinion appeared greatly,the public opinion of event chains caused the public opinion of some industries to outbreak.The public opinion of corporations outbroke because of product quality problems or illegal operation.In the influential public opinion events,private corporations became the focus of attention of the public opinion.The great part of entrepreneurs who were paid much attention come from information technology industry and real estate industry.Besides,entrepreneurs joining the political life and charity easily caused attention of public opinion.There were lots of public opinion events of entrepreneurs about the investment and strategic adjustment,and the credit crisis of corporation and person.More than half of entrepreneurs in public opinion events had negative images. <<
