    2012年食品安全舆情年度报告

    摘要

    2012年的食品安全舆情风潮迭起,过期牛奶、塑化剂、速成鸡、假鸡蛋等事件无不触动着人们的神经。本报告通过对2010~2012年总计202起影响较大的食品安全舆情事件对比分析,发现2012年的食品安全舆情事件主要呈现如下特点:舆情事件高发期仍然集中在春末夏初和东部地区,发生地为全国的事件所占比例较高;非法添加、生产经营卫生和原材料安全成为主要事件类型;民企和外企为主要舆情主体;舆情事件传播时效日益加快;网络媒体和微博作为首曝媒体的事件数量明显增多;舆情发生后半天之内出现主体干预的比重上升;事件解决率有明显提高,公众对政府的回应多为肯定性评价。 <<

    Abstract

    In 2012,public opinion events concerning on food safety,expired milk,plasticizers,crash chicken,fake eggs and other issues arose repeatedly and all touched people's nerves.Through a comparative analysis of a total of 202 public opinion events from 2010 to 2012 that produced great impact,this report has discovered that in 2012,public opinion events concerning food safety are mainly characterized by the following:high incidence of public opinion is still concentrated in the seasons of spring and the early summer,and in the eastern regions;the proportion of the events located national-wide is relatively high;events involving illegal additives and production and sanitation became the dominant event type;public opinion events mainly involved private and foreign enterprises;the efficiency of public opinion spreading has gradually increased;the number of online media and microblogs which became the first media to expose the incidents has increased significantly;the proportion of the body that intervened within half a day after public opinion events occurred has risen;incident resolution rate has risen markedly,the public's responses to the government are mostly affirmative evaluation. <<
