Africa had continued to be concerned about by the world powers during 2008 and 2009. In interacting with the powers，Africa has attached more importance to its own voice in safeguarding its own interests，forcing the West treating African countries as equal partners. While the United States，France，the European Union and other Western powers are deepening their strategies towards Africa in political，economic and military fields and China-Africa relations are developing in depth，India and Japan are rapidly catching up. Sino-African relationship has become an important part of Africa’s foreign relations and its development has been playing an important role in the development of Africa.
