Focusing on the key line of accelerating the transform of economic development mode，Guangzhou’s foreign trade fulfilled a full recovery with a series of measures in 2010. The whole situation of foreign trade presented a steady and fast growing. In 2011，the economy situation in domestic and abroad is still tough and complicated，foreign trade still comes to risks and pressure. We estimate that the export will increase 10%，foreign capital actually used increase 5%，outward investment increase 25% and contracted projects and labor cooperation increase 25%.
