Since going into the “12th five-year” period，the only way for Haizhu District to be the testing and certification industries base of offering service to PRD，driving south China，and radiating southeast Asia，is to develop industries scale，enhance industrial competitiveness and seize the industrial development high ground. This report analyzes the current status of testing and certification industries in Haizhu District，and offers proposals on strengthen the testing and certification industries development from the perspectives of constructing key platforms，guarantee measures and supporting policies.
