Through the analysis of recent years’ data in Guangzhou，the price fluctuation influences the economic growth by market demand、supply and technological innovation. The paper makes a conclusion that the price fluctuation is，through various channels to have a positive or negative impact on economic growth，especially through the technological innovation. This conclusion is beneficial for us to recognize the effect of price fluctuation to economic growth，and to take appropriate measures to deal with the adverse consequences.
