Over the past several years, the world's need for energy is continuously growing; as a result, global oil prices are changing bewilderly, gas prices are rising, and the ecological issues brought by the usage of fossil fuels are becoming more and more critical. The governments of several nations are pouring large quantities of capital into new energy development,in order to decrease energy conflicts and environmental issues. The China clean energy industry is experiencing fast growth—by the end of 2012,wind,solar photovoltaic, and biomass power alone have generated 130.55 million KW of energy, covering 6.5% of total power generation. The total installed hydropower has reached 24900 KW and its annual output is 860.9 billion kW·h,accounting for 17% of national output. Both the hydropower installed capacity and generation are ranked as No.1 in the world. The nuclear power generation has reached to 11.5 million kilowatts and its capacity under construction is the largest in the world. Since 2012,Chinese national economy has entered a period of structure adjustment. The emerging industries are often affected by the policy of European and American anti-dumping and anti-subsidy,such as solar photovoltaic cells are affected seriously. Therefore,we have to adjust the clean energy development strategy first before we try to develop this industry steadily.
