    中国非常规天然气发展前景与开发利用战略

    摘要

    中国非常规天然气资源丰富,页岩气、致密气和煤层气可采资源量31×1012m3,是常规天然气的1。5倍,加快非常规天然气利用具有重要战略意义。研究认为,技术进步和政策扶持是实现非常规天然气大规模利用的关键。开发利用非常规气可“三步走”:致密气和煤层气现实性最好,先行一步,加快发展;页岩气需要准备期,中远期看可担当加快非常规气发展的生力军;天然气水合物需要更长的准备期,长远看也有较好的利用前景。预计2020年前后,中国非常规气产量将与常规气平分秋色,2030年前后非常规气产量有望达到3100×108m3左右,约占中国天然气总产量的2/3,将成为保障天然气工业稳定、健康发展的主体资源。 <<

    Abstract

    The unconventional natural gas resources are estimated to be rich in China. And the total technical recoverable resources of shale gas,tight gas and coal bed methane (CBM) are predicted to be around 31 TCM,which is approximately 1.5 times of China's conventional natural gas total. To speed up the development and utilization of the unconventional natural gas resources is of great importance for the long-term healthy development of China's natural gas industry. Study shows that the engineering technology innovation and state policy support play a key role in realizing the utilization with large scale of unconventional natural gas resources in China,and the road map of developing the unconventional resources in China may take three steps:the tight gas and CBM have a number of good realistic conditions to utilize in a large volume and should take the priority to speed up development as quickly as possible; shale gas needs a period of preparation and will become a active contributor from the point of mid-term view to make the utilization of unconventional gas resource come into truth. Gas hydrate needs much longer period of preparation and has a bright future of utilization in a long run. It is predicted that the annual production of unconventional gas in China will be as big as conventional gas production in around 2020,and the total unconventional gas production (gas hydrate not included) in China may possibly reach 310×10 9m3 in the year around 2030,which make up 2/3 of the nation's total gas production and will provide the major resource base to maintain the stable and healthy development of China's natural gas industry. <<
