As a key element of entrepreneurial environment, entrepreneurship policy has a significant influence on entrepreneurial activity. Zhongguancun is the first national high-tech development zone in China, and the first national talent zone. In the past several years, it has introduced a series of support policies of entrepreneurship. The author combed the related policies and found that the Zhongguancun support policies of entrepreneurship were embodied in the following three aspects:(1) capital and field support for Entrepreneurship,(2)financing organizations support for enterprises'development,(3) support and guides for enterprises to build science and technology competitiveness. Based on the summary of the practice experience in Zhongguancun, the author put forward that the experimental zones for the reform of talent management should adhere to four directions and grasp three supports in establishing entrepreneurship policy: the internationalization of enterprise development, the social orientation of the entrepreneurial financing, the market-oriented intermediary services, the network-oriented innovation resources, and credit, financial and personnel support. <<
