The past three decades has witnessed "English Fever" in Chinese mainland. However, the Chinese ability of foreign language is not improved as much as expected. The two authors analyze some problems resulted from "english fever", indicate the shortage of top talents in foreign language, put forward some suggestions, such as the reform of training mode, training comprehensive and international talents, and so on, in the view of training top talents in foreign language. <<
