The education and training of the Non-Party representatives is an important part of the education and training for party cadres in China. Strengthen the education and training for Non-Party representatives is conducive to adhering to and improving the system of multiparty cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the Communist Party of China. By analyzing the education and training status of the Non-Party representatives, the authors identify the deficiencies and the reasons for these problems of the education and training of the Non-Party representatives. To solve these problems, the authors propose to strengthen the awareness, improve the implementation of education and training mechanisms and so on, to improve the quality of the education and training of the Non-Party representatives. <<
